Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your item in its original crate or box with all hardware included, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage and completeness, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
